Imam facing 2 court hearings in less than a month

The embattled former imam of the Islamic Center of New England's Sharon mosque is now facing two federal court hearings within a month.

Imam Muhammad Masood was indicted and arraigned Thursday on nine criminal charges of immigration fraud and false statements. He pleaded innocent and will return to U.S. district court for a pretrial session Sept. 18.
