DEATHS BY MOTORCYCLE CLIMBING: Despite reaching a lowest number of motor-vehicle deaths in five years, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says motorcycle deaths rose in 2006. And that increase marks the ninth straight year that these deaths have increased. Analysts say the surge in fatalities comes from the rise in sales of bikes by Baby Boomers since the 90s.
