White Sox notebook: Ready or not, Gavin to start

He has to control his fastball, curve and slider just like any other pitcher, but for Gavin Floyd to impress in Sunday's start - and perhaps put himself in the rotation for more than a spot start - the right-hander will have to control his emotions more anything.
