Mike Nadel: Bonds and newest Cubbie give us all a break

First, let me thank Barry Bonds for taking his aching legs and severely bruised ego out of the San Francisco lineup. Missed ya, dude. Almost as much as I miss ingrown toenails.

Second, a big thumbs-up to the Cubs for yet another stirring comeback victory -- this time Monday night's 3-2 triumph over the Giants. Although San Fran is hopeless and mopeless when Bonds doesn't play, every win matters for a team in a division race.
