Two late second half goals were enough for the homestanding Wildcats as Harrisburg fell in its season opener 2-0 Tuesday night.

Harrisburg head coach Mike Stewart complimented his team's showing in the season opener, saying that he was very happy and pleased with the outing.

"We played a great first half. We had really good passing, but I just think we got a little rattled off Anna's first goal."

A corner kick that the Wildcats capitalized on in the second half provided the game's first goal. Two minutes later, A-J scored again.

Harrisburg had seven shots on goal and will host Mt. Carmel on Thursday night.

In junior varsity action, Harrisburg won 1-0 on a goal scored by Jacob Oldani.
