The Eldorado boys’ golf team opened the season Wednesday and almost did so with a victory. The Eagles lost to host Fairfield 196-202 as Eldorado was paced by Braden Unthank’s 45. In nine holes, Unthank had four pars on the day. The other top three scores for Eldorado included, Evan Coyle’s 50, followed by Ben Byrd’s 53. John Amberger finished with a 54.
