Harrisburg honored its seven seniors and then shot 56 percent from the floor in a 49-39 win over Herrin Thursday night in the regular season finale.
Lydia Miller, one of the seven seniors, scored a game-high 23 points on 10-of-13 shooting from the field and she finished 3-for-5 at the free throw line.
Lauren McDaniel and Stream Black each added eight points for the Bulldogs (27-4, 9-1 SIRR Ohio), while Lauryn Gribble tacked on three points and Mya King tossed in a free throw.
Harrisburg 61, West Frankfort 47
Harrisburg put three players in double figures as they picked up a 61-47 win over West Frankfort Tuesday night, where the Bulldogs won the SIRR Ohio Division conference title for their second title in three years and fourth overall.
Miller led the Bulldogs with a team-high 17 points, while Essence Sanders and Summer Sanders both accounted for 10 points in the win over the Redbirds.
Gabby Adams netted nine points, while Lauren McDaniel and Stream Black each finished with five points. Mya King tossed in three points and Chelsea Davidson had two points.
Harrisburg will open up play in the Vienna Regional on Tuesday, where the 'Dogs will take on the winner of Monday's Massac County or Vienna winner at 6 p.m.
