Goebel, Stevens take home top honors in Greater Egyptian All-Conference

 Gallatin County's Audie Goebel was named Most Valuable Player and Galatia's Austin Stevens was named Captain of the Greater Egyptian All-Conference Team, released last week.

Joining Goebel and Stevens on the GEC First Team were Thompsonville's Corbin Fitch, while Crab Orchard's Levi Vinson and Hardin County's Jamison Hicks round out the team.

Gallatin County's Robbie Prince highlighted a Second Team that included Crab Orchard's Cameron Stephens, Norris City-Omaha-Enfield's Brandon Skaggs and the Thompsonville duo of Tyson Kessler and Anthony Darge.

Galtia's Will Pullium, Hardin County's Jaron Austin and Pope County's Sedation Fasolo were the three named to the GEC Honorable Mention Team.
