Prep Hoops: Gallatin County gets by Pirates, post another GEC win

Seth Ramsey and Audie Goebel finished in double figures for Gallatin County as the Hawks knocked off Pope County 57-37 Friday night.

Ramsey had a game-high 25 points, while Goebel got 17 for Gallatin County who improved to 5-2 and 3-0 in Greater Egyptian Conference play.

Robbie Prince and Trevor Duvall each had five points for Doug Miller and company, while Aaron Walters and Bryon Wargel each had two points. Luis Rubio tossed in a free throw in the win.

Gallatin County returns to the hardwood Tuesday when they play host to Carrier Mills, starting at 6 p.m
