Tyler Smithpeters - Southern

Smithpeters had three points on 1-of-6 shooting in SIU's 85-78 loss to Evansville at the Arena Thursday night.

Smithpeters had four rebounds, to go along with, two assists, one steal and one turnover in 32 minutes of action against the Aces.

Capel Henshaw - Lewis

On Saturday, Henshaw played 25 minutes and scored four points in Lewis University's 87-79 win at McKendree.

Henshaw went 1-for-4 from the field and 1-for-2 from the free throw line. The former Harrisburg standout had three assits, two blocks, one steal, one turnover and one rebound for the Flyers.

On Thursday, Henshaw failed to score in Lewis' 88-80 double OT win over Illinois-Springfield and former teammate Bahari Amaya.

Henshaw went 0-for-3 from the floor, including an 0-for-2 clip from 3-point range, while pulling down three rebounds in 29 minutes of work.

Bahari Amaya - Illinois-Springfield

Amaya was 0-for-2 in Illinois-Springfield's 80-66 loss to Wisconsin-Parkside Saturday night.

On Thursday, Amaya squared off against former teammate Capel Henshaw and Lewis University, falling 88-80 in double overtime.

Amaya had three points in six minutes, going 1-for-3 from the field.

Andrew Drone - Rice

Drone went 3-for-3 from the floor, scoring six points as Rice knocked off North Texas 95-87 over the weekend. Drone played 11 minutes for the Owls and grabbed three rebounds, all on the defensive end and had one steal, one block, one assist and one turnover

Lucas Horton -Southern

SIU Sophomore and former Harrisburg All-Stater Lucas Horton, coming off a win in the 600 meters at the Gladstein Invitational, set a new personal-best in the 800 meters with a mark of 1:51.86 to finish sixth over the weekend.

Lindsey Murray - Ole Miss

Sophomore pole vaulter Lindsey Murray broke a four-year-old school record with her season-best clearance of 4.29m/14-0.75.

Murray became the first female in school history to vault over 14 feet. She tied for the best clearance on Saturday but officially came in second place due to misses.

She will rank among the top 10 or 12 in the NCAA this year after all of the weekend's results.
