Brooke A. Van Dyke

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Brooke A. Van Dyke, 74, formerly of Carrier Mills, died in his home on Monday, Aug. 23, 2010, in Bella Vista, Ark.

Survivors include his wife, Karen; a stepson, John A. Lasley; five children, John (Debbie) Van Dyke of Carrier Mills, Kathy Brech of Conway, Ark., Keith (Rox Anne) Van Dyke of Harrisburg, Judy Rochford of Harrisburg and David (Lisa) Van Dyke of Carrier Mills. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Doug Van Dyke, Jarrod Van Dyke and Jamie Mitchell of Carrier Mills, Melissa Glover and Brad Brech of Conway, Ark., Jackson Van Dyke of Evansville, Ind., Mical and Nick Rochford of Harrisburg, Breannen Richardson and Steve Van Dyke of Carrier Mills and Sky Fowler of Murray, Ky.; and 11 great-grandchildren.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Providence Cemetery Church Fund.
