A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at the Macedonia Methodist Church with the Rev. Gary Whipple officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation is 6 p.m. to service time Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are in the charge of Gholson Funeral Home, McLeansboro.

He is survived by his wife, the former Georgia A. Hargraves; four sons; two daughters-in-law; two sisters; and 10 grandchildren.
