Thelma M. Barger

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Thelma M. Barger, 79, of Eldorado, passed away at 6:30 a.m. Sunday, May 22, 2011, at Fountainview Nursing Home.

Thelma was born in Eldorado on Aug. 4, 1931, a daughter of the late Nola Belle (Langford) and Freeman Reeder.

She attended Scott Street Baptist Church.

She was a homemaker.

She was the widow of Lonnie Barger, who preceded her in death on March 14, 2006.

Thelma is survived by a daughter, Sharon Mulvey of Eldorado; two sons, Phillip H. (Brenda) Kringlie of Hodgkins and David L. (Diane) Miles and family of Aurora, Colo.; two sisters, Juanita Maitzen of Chicago and Anna Belle Spencer of Eldorado; a brother, George Washington "Jimmy" Reeder of Eldorado; three grandchildren, SuAnn (Warren) Mitchell of Eldorado, Jason (Andrea) Mulvey of Eldorado and Phillip L. (Renee&#39;) Kringlie of Willowbrook; and six great-grandchildren, Cody Mitchell, Derek Mitchell, Lexie Mitchell, Myleigh Mulvey, Vivian Kringlie and Abigail Kringlie.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by four brothers, Freeman Reeder Jr., Charles Reeder, Shannon Ray Reeder and Paul Reeder; and five sisters, Opal Glascock, Mary Ellison, Ruby Nell Reeder, Shirley Mae Reeder and Edna Hart.

Funeral service will be held at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, with the Rev. Darrell Ford officiating. Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to service time Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Fountainview Nursing Home activity fund and can be left at the funeral home.
