</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Jacob Matthew Evrard, 36, of Harrisburg, passed away at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2011, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He was born on Feb. 13, 1975, in Harrisburg.

Surviving family members include his parents, William and Janet Evrard of Harrisburg; children, Lacey, Caleb, and Christian Evrard of Galatia and Gabriel Evrard of Columbia, Mo.; three brothers, Donnie Denbow of Carrier Mills, Jason Rister of Harrisburg and Kyle Evrard of Harrisburg; sister, Kaci Evrard of Harrisburg; grandparents, Vernon and Lorane Ford of Harrisburg; aunts and uncles, Mike and Cindy Gott of Harrisburg and Don and Judy Evrard of Harrisburg; aunts, Nita Linch of Harrisburg and Joni Graham of Harco.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Sr. and Mary Evrard; aunt, Marilyn (Evrard) Belt; uncle, Bobby Evrard; and grandma, Ida Bebout.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2011, at Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Harrisburg. Monzelle Hanson will officiate. Those wishing to attend should gather at the cemetery. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are in the charge of Reed Funeral Chapel, Harrisburg.
