</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Glenn E. Spruell Sr., 79, McLeansboro, died 9 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2011, at Hamilton Memorial Nursing Center, McLeansboro.

Mr. Spruell was cremated as per his personal request. A memorial Mass will be said 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at St. Clements Catholic Church, McLeansboro, with Msgr. Joseph Lawler officiating. Burial of the cremains will be in St. Johns Catholic Cemetery, Dahlgren. There will be a 9:30 a.m. Rosary service. Arrangements are in the charge of Harre Funeral Home, McLeansboro.

He was the widower of the former Enid Ensley. He is survived by four sons, two granddaughters, one grandson, one brother, one sister and several nieces and nephews.
