James L. 'Jimmy' Miles

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[James L. "Jimmy" Miles, 45, of Harrisburg, passed away 8:50 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, in Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville, Ind.

Jimmy was born Jan. 30, 1965, in Harrisburg, the son of the late George Miles and Mary Lois Proctor Miles. He was a maintenance worker/grounds keeper at Sunset Lawn Cemetery for the city of Harrisburg, Public Properties. He was a member of the Dorrisville Baptist Church.

Jimmy is survived by his mother Mary; two brothers, Mike Miles of Harrisburg and Mark Miles of Odessa, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Bill (Susie) Gholson and Mrs. Danny (Merry) DeNeal, both of Harrisburg; a special friend, Elaine Taylor of Harrisburg; and several nieces and nephews, along with a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Miles.

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010, at the J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home with the Rev. Dewayne Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, at the J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home.
