82 cited in seat belt enforcement

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Illinois State Police in Carmi have released enforcement figures from the Occupant Restraint Enforcement Patrol conducted November in Wabash, Wayne, Hamilton and Saline counties.

Commander Captain Richard Kinter said troopers working the patrols issued 82 citations and 81 written warnings to motorists, according to a release from ISP. There were 59 citations issued for safety belt and child restraint violations.
