Eldorado Family Dollar to host grand opening Saturday

ELDORADO - Eldorado's new Family Dollar on Wednesday announced its plans for its grand opening Saturday.

Family Dollar is a well-known small format and convenience retailer. The new location is at 1021 US Highway 45, Eldorado.

In addition to its broad assortment of necessities, the store will carry $1 Dollar Tree merchandise. It also will feature additional freezers and coolers and an expanded selection of food, beauty and essentials, household products and seasonal items, according to a news release.

"Family Dollar is proud to be a part of the Eldorado community and we are excited to welcome existing and new customers to our new store," Jim Van Slyke, Family Dollar spokesman, said. "The store will provide even greater values and convenience to our shoppers."
