St. Mary's Hoodie-Hoo Day results in donations to Senior Center

Students from St. Mary's School presented items they had collected to be used as bingo prizes and a monetary donation to the Chester Senior Center.

The students were asked to donate during National Catholic Schools Week, for a day devoted to celebrating our community. They chose the Chester Senior Center as the designated place to celebrate.

On Feb. 20 the school celebrated Hoodie-Hoo Day. Everyone wore hoodies, went outside, waved their hands in the air, and shouted "hoodie-hoo" three times to chase away winter and make ready for spring.

The students made monetary donations for the Senior Center.
