Man surrenders over registration violation

SALINE COUNTY - An Eldorado man turned himself into the Saline County Sheriff's Office on Monday, over a warrant claiming he violated the Sex Offender Registration Act.

During a recent sex offender compliance check conducted by the Saline County Sheriff's Office, it was ascertained that Jesse L. Hanselman, 24, of Eldorado, had not been living where he was registered.

A warrant was issued for his arrest. Hanselman remains in custody at the Saline County Detention Center.
