Five arrests so far in Church Street shooting

HARRISBURG – Police Chief David Morris said the investigation into a non-fatal shooting on West Church Street Friday night is continuing, with five arrests made in connection so far.

Shortly after midnight Friday, police responded to a report of shots fired near the 700 block of West Church Street.

Police charged Jesse Davidson, 27, of Harrisburg with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic instrument, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of ammunition and obstruction of justice.

Davidson's wife Kristin Davidson, 25, later was charged with discharge of a firearm.

In addition, a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested in connection with a red pickup truck left at the scene.

Morris said that truck is believed to be connected to a burglary at another location.

Also in connection to Friday's shooting, Harrisburg police charged Dalton Draper, 18, of Harrisburg with residential burglary and possession of stolen property and Sean Draper, 43, of Harrisburg with possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.
