HARRISBURG -- Harrisburg Post Office employee Lennie Kaylor spent his last day at work Friday doing what he's done for the past 27 years -- taking care of Post Office customers.

Kaylor said he started working for the Post Office in Golconda and spent time in Cave-In-Rock and Elizabethtown before transferring to Harrisburg.

"I was a single parent trying to make some money and that's where the hours were," Kaylor said.

He said he enjoyed his time working for USPS.

"It was a good job," he said. "And, it was a blessing."
