John Ray Clark

John Ray Clark 53 of rural Marion, Michigan passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, September 3, 2016. John was born January 18, 1963 in Flint, Michigan the son of Donald Eugene and Imogene (Tedford) Clark. Mr. Clark honorably served his country in the United States Army National Guard.

Mr. Clark has resided in many locations across Michigan, including Flint, Genesee, Pinconning, Prudenville, Gaylord and Marion. John possessed a great love for music; he enjoyed playing the harmonica and bass guitar, and was known by many as the "Bluesman". John was a man who found great enjoyment out of making family and friends laugh. He was considered a Jack of all trades and was very passionate about his truck driving career, serving his communities as a volunteer firefighter and police reserve.

Surviving John is his wife, Teri Clark of Marion, his two children; daughter, Shana'e Clark and Andy Sobieray of Pittsfield Township, Michigan, son, Jeremy Clark of Fenton, Michigan, one brother, Robert Clark of Columbiaville, Michigan, four sisters: Patricia Horton and husband Clark of Harrisburg, Illinois, Barbara Maurer and husband Larry also of Harrisburg, Judith Coleman and husband Homer of Harrisburg and Kay Clark of Marion, two sisters in law: Kim Hascall and husband Mike of Birch Run, Michigan and Karrie Andres of Flint, Michigan, Mother in law, SueAnn Andres of Harrison, close friend, Daryl Auten of Nadeu, Michigan, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Clark was preceded in death by is father, Donald Clark, mother, Imogene Clark, father in law, Gary Andres, three brothers: Jim Clark, Gary Clark and Roger Clark, sister in law, Patricia Clark, good friend, Lloyd Anspaugh, best buddy, Shelby and Diana Livingston.
