Carolyn Sue Poston, 74, of Cave In Rock, IL. passed away at her residence on September 11, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. She was born on April 30, 1942 in Shawneetown, IL. to Joe Suits and Caroline (Hill) Suits. She was a member of the Cave In Rock Fire Department.

She is survived by her Husband: Roger Poston of Cave In Rock, IL.; Son: Kenneth and Kate Brimm of Arnold Missouri; Son: Robert Brimm of Cave In Rock, IL.; Daughter: Beverly and Rickie Thomas of Cave In Rock, IL.; Son: Shannon Brimm of Mt. Carmel, IL.; Daughter: Mona Moore of Cave In Rock, IL.; Son: Michael Long of Cave In Rock, IL.; Grandchildren: Charles and Savannah Lampert, Chris Thomas, Aaron Thomas, Angel Kramer, and Dayton Brimm; Great Grandchildren: Kylee, Addison, and Trinity Lampert, with one more on the way.

She was preceded in death by her Parents: Joe and Caroline Suits; Brothers: Donald and Virgil Suits.

Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. As per family wishes, Mrs. Poston will be cremated and services will be held at a later date.
