Lowell Francis (Frank) Starnes, 75 of Harrisburg, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Graveside services will precede burial at 1 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2016, at Sunset Garden Cemetery. There will be no visitation and those attending are asked to meet at the cemetery. The J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home of Harrisburg is in charge of arrangements.
