Carrier Mills seniors recognized.

Carrier Mills High School seniors were honored Tuesday evening during the last scheduled home basketball game.

Parents were invited to be a part of the celebration in the gymnasium.

Each student was given a rose and recognized in front of those in attendance at the game. The seniors will receive awards and perspective letters at the Awards banquet held at the end of the year.

"Anytime we can recognize kids, we do," said Geoff Absher, Athletic Director for the High School. "We do it to encourage participation in both sports and academics, as well as encourage school attendance."
