Tree of Remembrance Fund grows to $5,413

Now in its fourth week, Memorial Hospital Auxiliary's 2018 Tree of Remembrance fund drive has so far raised $5,413 toward helping the hospital buy an ultrasound upgrade in order to perform stress echocardiograms.

Each year the Auxiliary works to raise money to help the hospital buy needed equipment. The total cost for the ultrasound upgrade will be $34,400, and the Auxiliary will continue to take donations until the end of January.

There is no set fundraising goal, other to collect as much money as possible to offset the cost of the upgrade.

To make a donation or memorial contribution in honor of a loved one, drop it into the collection box in the hospital's front lobby, or send it to the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Tree of Remembrance, Attn. Apryl Bradshaw, 1900 State St., Chester, 62233.
