Red Hats for God hold joint April/May meeting

On May 1, the Red Hats for God gathered at KFC in Harrisburg. While waiting for everyone to arrive, we enjoyed visiting with each other.

After our prayer was given by Crown Princess Nosey Posey Shirley Harris, we enjoyed our delicious dinner.

We all sang "Easter Parade," since our April meeting was canceled due to stormy weather.

We played an Easter game called Senior Easter egg hunt. A basket was passed around filled with plastic eggs with notes and prizes in them. The top prize was a golden chocolate bunny won by Lady of Song Rita Bramlet.

Three games of bingo were played with Crown Princess Nosey Posey Shirley Harris, Lady Blue Rose Mary Rivera and Most Royal Court Jester Roma Wilson all winning prizes. The blackout game was won by Lady Shopping Diva Delores Sharpin.

Countess Snapdragon Shirley Cain called our numbers for us. The door prize was won by Lady of Song Rita Bramlet.

We all sang happy birthday to Lady of Song Rita and Empress of Elegance Joan Wilson, our birthday girls.

It was decided to make our next gathering a buffet at the BBQ Barn in Harrisburg. Members are to arrive at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5.
