Pet of the Week: Keigan, the Maine coon

Keigan, a 15-year-old Maine coon cat, is owned by Richard and Cindy Fulkerson of Harrisburg. Richard says no matter what he and Cindy go through, their beloved cat always cheers them up.

Keigan wakes Richard up in the mornings, requesting food, and he meets him at the door after work.

He also likes to sit against Richard on the couch at night with his head on his master's leg. Sometimes, Keigan sleeps at the foot of the bed at night.

One of Keigan's favorite pastimes is "talking" to the birds and squirrels he sees at the window.

Keigan is one of two cats in the Fulkerson household.
