Wilma Bernice Dunning, 92, resident of Eldorado, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013, at Ferrell Hospital.
She was born Jan. 17, 1921, in Junction to the late Otto and Callie (Kimbro) Parker. She was a homemaker and member of the College Heights Baptist Church in Eldorado. She married William Everett Dunning who preceded her in death.
Wilma is survived by three sons, Jim E. Dunning or Herrin, Terry (Sandra) Dunning of Murphysboro, Daniel Dunning of Eldorado; a daughter, Veta K. (David) Finch of South Carolina; a brother Raymond; two sisters, Lucy, Annie; three grandchildren, Rocky W. Dunning, David Finch, Mike Finch; three great-grandchildren, Emma, Cameron and Connor.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three brothers, Willard, Jesse, Bud; and one sister, Dessie.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday June 24, 2013, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. Mike Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery in Eldorado. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Monday to service time. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the College Heights Baptist Church or VNA Hospice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
