Galatia-Thompsonville scored five runs in the first inning and added a run in the second, before scoring a pair of runs in the third and finishing with four runs in the sixth inning.
The Bearcats are now 15-8 overall and remain perfect in Greater Egyptian Conference play at 8-0.
Galatia-Thompsonville is slated to play at Hardin County today (Wednesday). A win over the Cougars would all but wrap up the GEC title for the Bearcats.
