  • The Harrisburg High School girls' soccer team played Anna-Jonesboro to a 1-1 tie Monday in Senior Day at Michael Herrin Field.
Harrisburg scored first at the 23:00 mark on the first half when Jordan Stewart found Kelsey Hobbs.
Anna-Jonesboro then scored at the 43:48 mark, which was the Wildcats' only shot of the game on what head coach Rick Daugherty called a "perfectly placed goal."
"We outshot them 13-1 and I thought we bounced back really well from the last team we played them when we lost 8-1. I think this team is really starting to peak right now."
