  • The Harrisburg High School soccer team hammered Olney to the tune of 9-1 Monday night.
    Kelsey Hobbs had five goals, while Lillee Robinson completed the hat trick with three goals. Alysia McGuire had three assists and had a goal of her own.
    Olney took a very quick 1-0 lead, but the Bulldogs clamped down on defense and by doing so the flood gates opened up.
    Harrisburg took a 6-1 lead in the first half thanks to a goal by Robinson and three more from Hobbs.
    In the game, the Bulldogs had 20-plus shots on goal to just the one by Olney.
    Harrisburg will return to Centralia Thursday night where they will play Mt. Vernon at 5 p.m.
