Umpire clinic to be hosted in Harrisburg

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Harrisburg Youth Athletics is conducting a clinic for umpires at 2 p.m. on March 14.

The clinic that will take place at Gaskins City Ballpark and is hosted by the Harrisburg Park District and HYA will be led by veteran umpire Kenny Murphy and will be free of charge.

Murphy will be instructing participants on the rules, conduct, instructions and general concepts of umpiring.

Anyone, including coaches, players and casual observes, or anyone interested in umpiring is encouraged to attend the event.
