Alumni Corner: Bartok scores two goals for Lynx in win

Taylor Goodley - Austin Peay State

Goodley finished 20th overall for the Austin Peay women's golf team this past week at the Morehead State-hosted Greenbrier Invitational at Greenbrier Country Club in Lexington, Ky.

The Eldorado native shot a total 237 with round of 83-73-81.

Goodley and the Governors will play in the Jacksonville State's Chris Banister Classic in Glencoe, Alabama Monday. The two-day, 54-hole event will be held at Silver Lakes Golf Course.

Shawn Rennegarbe - Iowa (Nashville HS)

Rennegarbe was the top finisher for the Iowa women's golf team at the Mercedes-Benz Intercollegiate at the Cherokee Country Club this past week in Knoxville, Tenn.

The Hawkeye senior finished in a tie for 62nd place and shot a 232 with rounds of 78-74-80.

Iowa returns to Iowa City to host the Diane Thomason Invitational for the first time since 2015. The Hawkeyes look to defend their 2015 team title.

Hannah Bartok - Lindenwood-Belleville (Harrisburg HS)

Bartok had two goals and an assist in the Lynx 6-0 win over Hannibal LaGrange (Mo.) Wednesday.

Lindenwood-Belleville is now 3-5 on the season and will plat at St. Louis College of Pharmacy this coming Tuesday, followed by a home game with Freed-Hademan Friday.

Bryleigh Buchanan - John A. Logan College (Harrisburg HS)

Buchanan had 11 combined kills in four matches as John A. Logan College knocked off Kaskaskia Wednesday night for the Vols' sixth conference win of the season.

JALC (10-5, 6-0) will take part in the Parkland Tournament this weekend and will return home on October 1st to play Rend Lake College.
