Alumni Corner: A weekly review of local athletes in college

<strong>Isaac Ingram &mdash; SIU</strong>

Isaac Ingram was the fourth Saluki to set a lifetime-best at the Indiana Relays, as he threw 53&rsquo;-11&rdquo; (16.43m) to take eighth in the shot put on Friday night at the Indiana Relays.

On Saturday, Ingram set a PR to finish second in the weight throw. Ingram hurled the weight 67&rsquo;-5.5&rdquo; (20.56m) on his fifth throw. It marks the second-straight meet that the Harrisburg product has posted a mark of 65&rsquo; or better.

<strong>Capel Henshaw &mdash; Lewis</strong>

Henshaw scored six points in Lewis&rsquo; 96-83 win over McKendree Thursday night.

Henshaw played 15 minutes, shooting 3-of-7 from the field and grabbed four rebounds (three on the defensive end) and handed out two assists in helping the Flyers to the win.

On Saturday, Lewis knocked off University of Illinois-Springfield 94-73 where Henshaw had four points on 1-of-6 shooting from the field and 2-of-2 from the free throw line. Henshaw played 14 minutes and finished with one rebound.

<strong>Lindsey Murray &mdash; Ole Miss</strong>

Murray finished fourth among an elite lineup of vaulters with a clearance over 4.18m/13-8.5 over the weekend at the Razorback Invitational in Arkansas.
