Alumni Corner: A weekly review of local athletes in college

<strong>Capel Henshaw &mdash; Lewis</strong>

Henshaw logged 21 minutes, but didn&rsquo;t score in Lewis&rsquo; 80-57 at University of Southern Indiana Saturday in Evansville.

Henshaw was 0-for-4 from the field, including an 0-for-3 mark from behind the arc. The Harrisburg graduate grabbed 3 rebounds, two on the defensive end and had one assist and one turnover to go along with two fouls.

On Thursday, The Flyers lost to Bellarmine 87-53 in Louisville.

Henshaw played 17 minutes, going 0-for-2 from the field and finished with three steals and two assists.

<strong>Lindsey Murray &mdash; Ole Miss</strong>

Murray, a junior for the Rebels, placed third in the women&rsquo;s pole vault with a season-best clearance of 13-feet-9.25 at the Rod McCravy Memorial at the University of Kentucky on Friday.

That jump by Murray should vault her into the Top 15 in the NCAA rankings.

<strong>Isaac Ingram &mdash; SIU</strong>

Ingram set a huge lifetime-best in the weight throw with a heave of 67-feet-0 (20.42m). The Harrisburg product took second at Vanderbilt in Nashville Friday and jumps from eighth to sixth on SIU&rsquo;s all-time top-10. He is also one of just 15 throwers in the nation to throw 67-feet or better this season, as he&rsquo;s currently ranked 20th in the nation, and first in the Missouri Valley Conference.

<strong>Lucas Horton &mdash; SIU</strong>

Running the 800 meters for the first time this season, Horton ran 1:53.19 to place eighth at Vanderbilt. Horton&rsquo;s time is the sixth-fastest in the Missouri Valley Conference.
