Capel Henshaw — Lewis

Henshaw had three points in Thursday night"s 76-73 win over Missouri-St. Louis. Henshaw finished 1-of-5 from the field, including a 1-for-4 mark from 3-point range. He had one rebound in 11 minutes of action. On Saturday, Henshaw went scoreless, playing 16 minutes of the Flyers" 84-65 win over Maryville at home. Henshaw was 0-for-3 from the field and had one rebound and two assists. Henshaw and the Flyers return to action tonight (Monday) taking on UW-Parkside at 7:30 p.m.

Lindsey Murray — Ole Miss

Murray finished second in the pole vault for the Ole Miss Track & Field team at Nashville, clearing 13-feet-1. Murray"s teammate and freshman Sandra Brown took the win in her collegiate debut with a personal best 13-5, good enough for No. 3 in school history. Murray holds the school record (indoor, 14"0.75 / outoor, 14"2.75). Ole Miss" next event will be in Lexington, Ky. this weekend, competing at the Rod McCravy Memorial at the University of Kentucky.

Isaac Ingram — SIU

Ingram took fifth place in the shot put over the weekend at the Illini Classic in Champaign. The Saluki senior and former Harrisburg standout ranks first in the Missouri Valley Conference in the weight throw after recording a toss of 64"-5.25" in SIU"s opener.

Erin Lukens — Millikin

Lukens, a Herrin native, set a school record for the Millikin Track & Field team over the weekend, finishing 12th overall in the the 300 meters in a time of 42.71 and had a time of 10.13 in the 60 meter hurdles, which ranks fourth all-time. Lukens placed 12th overall in that event as well.
