Prep Girls Hoops: Eagles clipped at Johnston City

Despite putting three players in double figures, including a team-high 12 points from Rachel Stafford, Eldorado fell 69-49 to Johnston City in Black Diamond Conference action Monday night.

Caitlin Stafford and Abby Steed each had 10 for the Eagles, while Takiya Britton netted nine for EHS.

Jade Hise finished with five points, while Bethany Smith tacked on two points and Olivia Parker had a free throw.

Eldorado returns to action Thursday against Hamilton County at Duff-Kingston Gymnasium.
