Mrs. Nancy Janet Wilson, 76, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, in Port Charlotte, Fla.

Janet was born on July 20, 1933, in Gallatin County to the late Roy and Velma (Partain) Burns. On April 1, 1950, she married Frank Hiram Wilson in Piggott, Ark. To this union was born three sons, James Robert "Jim Bob" who is deceased; Michael Lee and Donald Kevin.

Frank and Janet split their time between their homes in Harrisburg and Port Charlotte, Fla. Janet enjoyed painting, reading, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Janet is survived by her husband, Frank; sons, Mike (Cindy) of Rosiclare and Donnie of Harrisburg; grandchildren, Michael Lee II (Jo Anne) of Port Charlotte, Fla., Frankie (Brandy) of South Carolina, Jada (Brian) Banks of Marion, Amber (Justin) Downs of Lake of Egypt, Michelle Wilson of California and Glen Long of Canada; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert (Beverly) Burns of Florida and Steve (Rose) Burns of St. Louis, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.

The body has been cremated as per Janet's wishes. Funeral arrangements are pending with burial to be at Boulden Cemetery in Eddyville.
