Charles 'Radar' William Langrehr of Walsh

Charles "Radar" William Langrehr, 53, of Walsh, passed away at 7:52 a.m., Monday, Nov. 12, 2018 in Sparta.

He was born to the late Louie and Lavern (nee Koester) Langrehr on Dec. 14, 1964 in Wilson, Arkansas. He married Janet Westerman on May 25, 2002 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Evansville; she survives.

Charles was the owner of R & J Drywall and Painting for more than 15 years. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Evansville. He was a St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals fan. Charles enjoyed playing games and going shopping with his son. He also loved his dog Pen Pen. Charles loved his drywall business.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Langrehr of Walsh; one son, Austin Langrehr of Walsh; eight siblings, Eva (Lester) Loucks of Pinckneyville, Luella (Larry) Williams, Sharon Williams, Glenda Blankenship, Randy Williams, Jerry Seals, Lisa Williams, and Carolyn Williams; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Evansville, with Rev. Thomas Handrick officiating. Interment will be at St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Evansville.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Evansville.
