CARRIER MILLS - Donna Bullock West Brackney 73, passed away at 12:40 a.m. Sunday March 26, 2017 at St Mary's Hospital in Evansville Indiana. 

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia with visitation frp, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Dahlgren.
