Eria Mae Hansen

<span>MCLEANSBORO &ndash; Eria Mae Hansen, 95, died at 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017, in Hamilton Memorial Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center.</span>

<span>Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, at Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro. Graveside services will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Odessa, Texas.</span>

<span>She was born Feb. 12, 1921, in Marietta, Oklahoma, to Hughie and Maude (Hensley) Jessup. She married John Hansen Oct. 24, 1957, in Odessa, Texas, and he preceded her in death in 1967.</span>

<span>Mrs. Hansen was a seamstress and owner of Mae Ras Draperies in Odessa, Texas. She was Methodist by faith.</span>

<span>She was a member of the Eastern Star, active in AARP, involved in the Senior Citizens Center and president of a Methodist Sunday school class in Odessa, Texas.</span>

<span>Survivors include three nephews, Robert Carnett and wife Margaret of Houston, Ed Carnett and wife Reita of Harrisburg and Hubert D. Jessup and wife Marie of California; two nieces, Janis Rubenacker and husband Andy of Piopolis and Arvilla Boswell and husband Joe of California; and several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.</span>

<span>She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; sister, Sylvia Carnett; and brother, Hubert Lee Jessup.</span>

<span>Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.</span>
