Angela Chmielewski

HARRISBURG -- Angela K. Fixsal Chmielewski, 49, passed away Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016, at her home.

She was born July 19, 1967, in Taylorville, daughter of the late Robert Anthony and Ruby Katherine (Ballantini) Fixsal.

Angela was a dietary assistant at Saline Care Center in Harrisburg.

Survivors include two daughters, Cierra and Justin Koerber of Ridgway and Tabitha Chmielewski of Shawneetown; four sisters, Marcy and James Hall of Harrisburg, Robin and David DuVall of St. Louis, Lisa Fixsal and Ryan Bess of Ridgway and Shannon Smith of Ridgway; several nieces, including Brandi Hall; and several nephews.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, in Westwood Cemetery near Shawneetown with Father Steven Beatty officiating. Those attending should go directly to the cemetery.

Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown is in charge of arrangements.
