Cremation with no services was her wishes. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family.

She was born on April 19, 1975 in Harrisburg, IL to Bob Phillips and the former Brenda Johnson.

She married Tracy Tanner on November 21, 1993.

She is survived by her husband: Tracy Tanner of Harrisburg, IL; Mother: Brenda Phillips of Carrier Mills, IL; Father: Bob (Mary) Phillips of Benton, IL and Sister: Laura (Keith) Tite of Carrier Mills, IL.

She was preceded in death by a Sister: Patty Edwards.
