Stephen "Mr. Chicago" Kaczmar, 75 of Chicago, IL. passed away at 10:33 on Monday January 11, 2016 at the Hardin County General Hospital in Rosiclare, IL.

Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. As per his wishes, Mr. Kaczmar will be cremated and a burial service will be held at a later date in Chicago.
