ISP District 19 DUI enforcement

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Carmi, IL - Illinois State Police District 19 Commander, Captain Morrison Fraser, announced today DUI and alcohol-related enforcement activity for the week April 23 through April 29.

District 19 Troopers arrested and charged the following individuals with DUI, zero tolerance, illegal consumption/possession of alcohol by a minor, and/or illegal sale/delivery of alcoholic liquor to a person under the age of 21:

Edwards County

Joseph M. Murphy, 27, Grayville (DUI).

White County

Jonathan R. Knight, 28, Crossville (DUI).

Hamilton County

Richard W. Dasilva, 23, McLeansboro (DUI).

Saline County

Angela T. Guyton, 21, Carrier Mills (DUI).

Cassandra L. Shaffer, 29, Eldorado (DUI).

James A. Keith, 34, Carrier Mills (DUI).
