The Carrier Mills Village Board will discuss several possible personnel changes at the board meeting Tuesday.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. instead of the regular 7 p.m. start time.

Listed on the agenda are personnel changes in the Street Department, Police Department, dog catcher and the weed and ordinance clerk.

Also listed is "financial condition of the village," a common topic for local government units in the last few months. As the state's fiscal condition worsens, local governments follow suit, largely because of late payments by the state.

The agenda also includes discussion of dog calls and a street lighting surcharge.
