Obituary: Oma Lou Foster Luedeman

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Oma Lou Foster Luedeman of Brazil, Ind., passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness Friday, July 15, 2011, in Terre Haute, Ind.

Oma Lou was born to Pete and Betty Foster in Cottage Hill on Dec. 10, 1968.

Oma was a beloved aunt to a host of nieces and nephews and loved by all who knew her. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and giving personality, always thinking of others and willing to help out whenever she could.

She is survived by her husband, Doug Ludeman; her parents, Pete and Betty Foster; children, Matthew Luedeman of Brazil, Ind.; two brothers, James and Tony Foster of Brazil, Ind.; two sisters, Terri (Doug) Mullens of Terre Haute, Ind. and Debbie Bowles of Brazil, Ind.; a grandmother, Alda Harris of Harrisburg; three uncles, Terry Foster and James Harris of Harrisburg and Dan (Cindy) Foster of Boise, Idaho; and five aunts, Sue Campbell, Della Roberson, Darlene McQueen and Karen Foster of Harrisburg and Cora Foster of Carrier Mills. A host of cousins also survive.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ray (Poppy) Harris; three uncles, Dave and Mike Foster and Morris "Red" Foster; and a cousin, Casey Roberson.

She has been cremated as per her request. A celebration of life service will be held in Brazil, Ind., at noon on Saturday, July 23, 2011. Arrangements are in the charge of Felty Funeral Home, Carrier Mills.
