The Saline County Board is holding the second installment of its road show in Carrier Mills Thursday evening.
Board members had long discussed having meetings in other locations around the county and decided to try it this year. The meeting will be 7 p.m. at the Carrier Mills Municipal Building.
The Carrier Mills Village Board has scheduled a special meeting at the same time so the boards can discuss "matters of mutual interest," according to a meeting agenda provided by Carrier Mills Mayor Louis Shaw.
The County Board met at Eldorado High School in March.
